We offer a unique dining experience in a casual atmosphere showcasing a 30,000 gallon saltwater aquarium. Relax and enjoy numerous exotic displays including African tribal masks, a 12' snake skin, Albino turtle shells, and numerous photos and memorabilia from the life of esteemed author Ernest Hemingway.
Our cuisine includes a variety of seafood and freshwater fish as well as steaks, sandwiches, pasta and chicken dishes. Sample our Chicken Caesar or Fish Reuben sandwich with grilled or fried Mahi Mahi; fried catfish with our signature Uncle Buck's breading, or bourbon glazed Salmon and Tenderloin Grill. Share a plate of our exceptional Seafood Nachos with our signature AWARD WINNING salsa! A childrens menu is available and remember -kids 4 and under eat free from our buffet every day with an adult meal purchase.
In addition to our high quality menu items, Hemingway's offers a fantastic Breakfast Buffet for breakfast for only 6.25$, a quick and tasty Lunch Buffet only 8.50$ and our famous CRAB LEG Dinner Buffet for 18.95$. Join us on Sundays for our AWARD WINNING Sunday Brunch featuring the omelets made to order and our unique chocolate fountain for dipping your favorite treat. Sunday Brunch is 12.95$.
Hemingway's Breakfast Buffet is called by our guests 'The best kept secret in Springfield!' Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, fried catfish, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, French toast casserole, breakfast potatoes, apple dumplings, assorted pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt and orange juice. Tell your friends about this 'Economic Stimulus' of a deal at only 6.25$! Breakfast is available 7am to 10am Monday through Saturday.
Our Lunch Buffet features full salad bar, over a dozen toppings, in-house made potato salad, pasta salad and our one of a kind seafood salad. Chef-created entrees change daily and can include items such as our AWARD WINNING Cashew Chicken with fried rice, Smoked Pork Loin and roasted Yukon Gold potatoes, or even Meatloaf and Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Carved roast beef and pit ham or roasted turkey breast, fried catfish, fresh vegetables, sweet cornbread and rolls, our AWARD WINNING New England Clam Chowder. Top it off with apple cobbler and bread pudding with rum sauce for dessert. Best deal in town at only 8.50$. Children 5-10 are 3.99$, and 4 and under are free.
Our Dinner Buffet does it one better with ALL YOU CARE TO EAT CRAB LEGS! Savor the pasta of the day, popcorn shrimp, barbequed ribs, a variety of chef-created entrees such as Chicken Piccata or baked Salmon in a Champagne Sauce, the same great salad bar, soups and sides as our lunch buffet! Chocolate mousse, apple cobbler and bread pudding with rum sauce will finish the meal off right for you. 18.95$ for adults, children 5-10 are 6.99$ and 4 and under are free. Dinner buffet is available Monday through Saturday, 5pm to 10pm.
Sunday Brunch is a true treat for your family! Enjoy a great soup and salad bar, made to order Omelet Station, Belgian Waffles, chef-created entrees, Carvers Board and tasty sides made fresh in house every day. Don't miss the Dessert Station with a chocolate fountain! Fresh baked cookies, key lime bars, creamy cheesecake, carrot cake, brownies, apple dumplings with brown sugar sauce, bread pudding, fresh strawberries and more! Brunch is served 9am to 3pm; full menu is available on Sunday from 11am to 5pm.

Hemingway's is open Monday through Saturday from 7am to 10am for breakfast, 11am to 10pm for lunch and dinner, Sunday from 9am to 7pm. Hemingway's has seating for up to 350 guests and provides services for groups from 10 to 200. A more intimate Private Dining Room is also available for groups of up to 15.
